Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Tiny Pimples On Toe Fingers

I’m having very tiny itchy pimples on my toe fingers, they’re very tiny and itchy and the skin always looks and feels very dry and scaly, earlier I’d often have pompholyx eczema on which i would apply provate ointment then it’d got better, but this is different from this and it’s been there since 3-4 months, kindly pls recommend an ointment that would heal, I’m currently travelling and can’t consult a dr atm so pls prescribe.
