keloid is a natural healing response of skin, genetically determined. can run in families. but if u or ur sister have not developed any keloid in the past then chances r low . take good antiseptic measures during n after piercing and just observe for any raised lesion and in that case consult a dermatologist immediately they will give u topical medications to apply.
