Talk to Dermatologist on Licon Planus

I have been facing licon planus since 2011 from beginning i was spread from my right foot to onward my leg in start there was very itching but i consult my skin specialist he dignosed that it is lichon plnua and is not curable he he started his treatment through steroids result of that i was lost my weight but it was stop but the high pigmentation there on my foot and leg gradually the scars faded down but i big scar or pigment which is on my uper leg is still and somtimes very iching and irritation and my leg looks so clumsy that is very stressful for me please suggest and give ur best opinion
