Talk to Dermatologist on Moderate Acne

I have mild to moderate acne from last 8 years. I used to get one or two pimple at a time. Even until last year it still wasn't that bad. But at the start of 2024 it got worse. I always had mild cystic acne on forhead and cheeks, but now it's spreading and seems like its acne with rosacea, beacuse my skin has persistent redness like a rash. It maybe due to my stomach issues , I have very bad gut health. After every acne treatment, I gave up because these acne creams and meds are very harsh and damaging my skin. I am considering to take Zinc supplements. Kindly recommend some good zinc supplements according to my age.
