Talk to Dermatologist on Mole(chaala) Not Getting Better And Pains

A mole(chaala) formed on my hand about 2 months ago when I helped in construction at home. It burst and nothing came out and formed into this. I thought it would heal on its own like others but it is not getting any better. It still pains when I touch it and does not seem to be getting any better. Please suggest something to help it heal.
