My Hair Are Falling Too Much

My Hair are Falling too much And that is Causing Me more Stress.I am Oiling My Hair Twice A Week but still Falling.
Even when I Wash My Face,My Soap Gets Filled With Hair From My  Applying Oil My Hand Also gets Filled With 100+ Hair.
What Should I Do ?
My eyesight Is also very Weak.
Kindly Help me to get out of this problem.
