My face skin is extraaaa sensitive, acne hojati kbhi alergy hojati like choty choty pimples , red hojta wo skin area , phir mei advantan cream lgati hu tou next day thek hojti alergy or acne bs acne marks ni jate or thory thory pimples choty choty rehte face pe. plz recomment me a face wash jis se acne na ho or acne marks b thek hojaye or alergic ka msla b na ho. mei kuch b apply nae kr skhti skin pe. medicines nae ly skhti islye bs face wash recomend kr dain
u should never us edvantan or any other tubes on ur face without qualified dermatologist prescription.
stop using advantan. its imp to know whether I have allergy or acne as treatment of both is opposite. stop using any fairness creams if u r using.
use dove soap only.
Acne treatment is according to the severity. Steroids Jo so laga Rae wo b acne kartay. Check karwaye bagair aise medicines nae use karain. Ap proper evaluation karwain taqay apko better guide Kia ja saqay.

For Acne, Facewash like Acure face wash or Clair soft acne facewash try Kar sakte but iska use apni skin ki oilyness k mutabiq karain, kionk is sae dryness ho sakti.

Dermatologist recommended me advantan cream and uv 60 sun block (sun rays) after my complete checkup 3 years back but thn he went to abroad, and since thn i am using this cream and it's very effective for my skin no side effects at all but I want to take complete care of my skin as I can't apply anything without recommendation of dermatologist, that's why I was asking for a face wash to cure my skin issues of acne / marks and allregies

Advantan is given for completely different issues for limited times like allergies u have mentioned otherwise it's not at all recommended for acne.
