Talk to Dermatologist on Nose Piercing Bump

I got my nose pierced 1.5months ago and everything was fine, my jewellery was cheap so had to change it now a week later a have a Bump. I've tried saline and warm compress and leaving it alone and putting polyfax but its not working. What should I do. Please help me, this is my second time getting this piercing first time happened the same and had to remove the jewellery. Please reply.
