both my feet got infected with onychomycosis 2 years back. After the course of itraconazole for 3 months, most of the infection cleared but one toe remained affected. i thought it might clear up as new nail grows but it didnt so had to repeat the course once again. but now its still there, infected. it does look like new nail is growing but then it gets infected again at the bottom where new nail grows. now the toe nail has completely detached from the nail bed but its hanging on from its root. what do you suggest i do?
