Talk to Dermatologist on Paun, Redness And Swelling On Left Toe
Asking for Mother, Female, 67 years old, Islamabad
My mom has pain, swelling, red spots, itching and burning sensation on last 3 fingers on left toe. She is 67 yrs old, diabetic but it's controlled and never had medication for it. We check it every now and then. I am attaching the pictures, is it because of cold (chilblains) as the house is extremely cold in winters. Please suggest what to take and do for this condition?

May be what u have diagnosed is right but may be things are more then what u think. If she is diabetic and not on medication then she isnt diabetic or may be u r just using a home device which isnt giving u the right reading. This isnt as simple as u think. I wud suggest not to take a chance at this age n visit a dermatologist in person. And take proper treatment n investigate ur mom properly.
