Talk to Dermatologist on Persistent Acne

I am struggling with acne for years since I was 16/17 years old. There was always atleast one pimple on my face as far as I can remember. Since mid 2024, my acne has become worse. I get painful cysts that leave marks. There is acne in my family too. My sister had acne then she took isotretinoin and it worked for her. I can't take antibiotics due to it's potential side effect of vaginal infection. Kindly recommend some medicine so I can get rid of acne as soon as possible.
