I have had nipple eczema for 8 months now. I have small pores sort on areola which drain pus which dries out into a covering and whenever you peel it off pus starts draining again. The area is also swollen. I have been to alot of doctors. The last doctor prescribed fudic b. It helped with rashes in other areas but not here. Also I have had persistent itching since January on my whole body without any visible rashes. The IgE levels were raised but no doctor has been able to rule it out or treat it either. They either put me on antibiotics or on antihistamines, none of which helps.
Asalamwalikum, without watching and detailed history its not possible to guide you in better way,if you have confirmed nipple eczema then you should know that eczema is treatable but it can be chronic and sometimes recurrent ,some precautions must be needed to avoid it , kindly book online video consultation via marham because antibiotics and antihistamines are not the solution

When IgE levels are raised its really tricky to treat the patient. but u have to be patient n persistent in the treatment. if u r having itching since 8 months then may be u need more investigation in detail.
antihistamines is a major part in controlling the itching. but ur stool n stomach both shld be tested for any worms n bacteria.
