wese to deke....age ki wja se hoti h...25 age tk dane nikalte h....dust m zada hoti h ap to...6 month bad apka face adi ho jae ga or dane ni niklingi....means k routine ya temperature pr b dane nikal skte h...mgr bar bar nikalne k bad ..face ko adat par jati h phr ni nikalte....ap bss imun system sai rake.... vegetables zada use kre ..or homeopathic medicine ati h...wo use kr le....imune system increase krta h...side effects ni h

yeh chahiye bani shoro ho rahi hain. ap jald az jald kisi dermatologist ko ruju karain. iss kay liye ap ki history ki zaroorat ho gi phir waja pata chalay gi. bleach bilkul istamil nah karain. na hee parlour say facial karwain. deekh kay koi treatment start karain gay.
