Talk to Dermatologist on Pimple,acne

I have been suffering from acne since 3 years . I have dry skin but still get pimples. They are not nodular or cysts. but they are mild and persistent. I want to get rid of them forever as I am tired of them and they really affect my confidence . Can I go for accutane / isotretnion oral Tablets as nothing seems to work for me. I have also been going to a doctor since 3 years but nothing (antibiotics, topical treatments) worked. Should I visit your clinic and get it prescribed?
