I have a pimple on my back and it is growing in size. I feel mucus in it. And whenever pressure is applied on it while I am asleep I feel a bit of a pain. What should I do about it?
looks to be DERMATOFIBROMA.
However clinical examination is required for confirmation.
It needs to be removed by operation.
Medicines will not cure.

Preferably removed material should be sent to laboratory for Histopathology (Microscopic examination)
