I have had facial acne for the last 10 years. I have tried many dermatologists, and the medicines only give temporary relief. When I stop taking them, the acne comes back. Some pimples are filled with pus (acne), while others are painful, deep, and have no visible head or pus. I have followed strict dietary restrictions, but nothing works without medication. Long-term medicine use has caused stomach issues. Creams do not suit my skin and often cause side effects. I am extremely frustrated, mentally exhausted, and depressed. I am looking for a proper and long-term solution.
