Pimples On Face For Long Duration

I have many pimples on my face fill with blood and water feel painful not solve this problem for many years pimple size is not too large or small I visited many skin specialists but not feel good and don't resolve the problem please suggest me good ointment and tablet or soap etc my skin is oily ..
