Concern: I have oily skin and frequent pimples, especially on my forehead. If I don’t wash my face with Dettol soap, pimples appear the next day.
History: I’ve been using Dettol soap for years — applying its foam on a warm, wet tissue and placing it on the affected area. It helps reduce pain but has made my skin thinner and more sensitive. Recently, my skin also feels burnt.
Request: Please recommend: • A gentle cleanser to replace Dettol soap. • Suitable serum and oral/topical medication for oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. • Any treatment to repair my skin barrier and prevent future breakouts.
