Talk to Dermatologist on Recurrent Infection

I am 24 years old female with no medical hx.I get recurrent infection between my buttons on tailbone area keeps happening after a month or two, which cause mild bleeding and pus discharge, but i don't feel any superficial cyst there. I mentioned this to a dermatologist before, and she suggested ignoring it and using clindamycin whenever it happens. I also have an infection inside my belly button. It's a little red and smells weird after touching, and I can see white dried pus or some discharge in it in a very small amount. please suggest the solution and why these are both happening
