Asking For Self, Female, 34 Years old, lahore
Hello,
I’m a 34-year-old female, and I’m seeking advice on a recent health issue. Last Thursday, I had a fever that reached 101°F, which gradually subsided by the end of the night. The night the fever dropped, I experienced excessive sweating. The following morning (Saturday)today, I woke up with red bumps on the back of my body (not on the front), accompanied by slight itching on my feet.
I’ve taken Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120 mg, and the rash hasn’t worsened, but I’m still monitoring it. There are no other symptoms (such as fatigue, pain, or respiratory issues) at the moment.
My question is: • Could this be a common skin reaction from the sweating after a fever, or is it more likely related to an underlying viral infection? • How long should I monitor this rash at home before seeking medical attention, considering there are no other symptoms? • Is this something that typically resolves on its own, or could it require medical intervention?
