Talk to Dermatologist on Red Bumpy Rash On The Back Of My Hands, Which Is Itchy

Hello, I have been experiencing this rash on the back of my hands for the past 2 to 3 years. It appears very randomly only on the back of both of my hands. It is small bumps, red and very itchy. Sometimes it stays for a day and sometimes stays for weekssss! But the moment it goes, it feels like nothing was there. I am so done with it. It also leaves some marks on my hands due to itching. The dermatologist asked me to get my blood test done. According to her, no active allergy was detected in it. And prescribed me a ointment which works to settle it down, but i want to get rid of it permanently. Help, please..
