Aoa. i facing face acne i never had before it's a sudden appeared on my face with sides forehead day by day it's increasing. what should i do?

Wa. Well, if you never had acne before the age of 27 then it most probably is not acne at all. it's either Rosacea, as you have mentioned redness of the face or if the papules and pustules are appearing only on the sides of forehead, then it's most likely frictional acne, produced due to wearing of helmet or tight turban.
You should visit me or any dermatologist in person so that they can evaluate you for the treatment.
