Talk to Dermatologist on Red Pimples Around Neck

Dear Doctor,
I find you out by searching web. My wife skin under chin have red pimples appearance and its also itching also. Please advise what can i do for this or i visit to your clinic.
Please advise...
it would be great help if you could attach a picture of your concerned problem. if its acne then the root cause needs to be treated. however, i cant even make a comment since i havent seen what the issue really is.
