Red Spots, Brown Bumps, Peeling Skin Between Toes Of A Foot

Question

I have Red spots and brown bumps, with a slightly crusted appearance.
Peeling skin and dryness between the toes and on the sides of my foot. It is localized on one foot but appears to spread beyond the are in between toes. Doesn\'t cause any pain or itch. I do wash the area with soap and dry as well. 
I am on no medication or any issue, otherwise healthy.

Is it some kind of infection? I am very worried. What to do?
