I've recurrent acne breakouts new and old scars age 26 male treatment used 2% salisyclic acid facewash but didn't improve no systemic treatment taken but systemic treatment of azithromycin 500mg was given 15 tab on 30 days with alternative days which didn't followed and issue of missed doses often.. now the acne breakouts are more often what will be treatment here.. the skin is oily with lot of comedones and blackheads. i want oral tretinoine treatment.. but if there is anyother best suitable treatment do advice. but acne is very resistant and recurring is very often leaving behind lot of scars
