Talk to Dermatologist on Scabies Issue On Private Area Max

I'm getting scabies at my private part and i got the treatment from LNH I used permethrin 5% after that i got relaxed and scabies did not spread but still the bumps on area still get swell if i do itching and still I'm facing itching and dr give me urelac h lotion and beta f cream I'm using that as well please let me how do i get rid out these bumps
