Talk to Dermatologist on Scars Due To Mosquito Bites

My daughter often gets bitten by mosquitoes, she scratches them alot which ends up in bloody wounds and then they leave scars like these, she also has high allergic tendency so the scratching temptation is always there, pls tell me how can i lighten these scars as her legs and arms all all full of them now. Also any ointment that we can apply to soothe mosquito bites and itching caused by it?
