hello dr iam 28 years of age .. i have seboric dermatitis for almost 10 years that comes and go .. recently i used betaderm lotion on scalp with conaz shampoo .. it has improved alot .. the dandruff and flakes are not visible after one week treatment .. i have just one question should i use betaderm lotion for atleast a month or should i leave it usage now ?? and second question do i have to mix betaderm lotion in any oil or have to use separatly .. plz clear my queries as i cannot afford the feess thats why writimg my issues here ..
yes you can use for 1 month. you can mix it in coconut oil. use Stieprox shampoo for normal use

Yes sir you can use betamethasone lotion for week more. And use betamethasone lotion with mustard oil for better results. Thankyou.

dr abhi tak to mein direct apply kratha betaderm without mixing it any oil .. to kya yeh nuqsaan de hai hair roots k liye agr direct apply krein without mixing it in any oil ??

Aslam o alaikum...
you use betaderm lotion on alternate days for 10 days and then twice a week for 10 days and then stop it ...continue with conaz

yes u can use betaderm for a month but once weekly..and do mix it in oil dont use it directly..u cam use conaz shampoo twice weekly...

its a very potent steroid..and not good for long term use becoz it gets absorbed in ur blood...after some time u can show up with some symptoms which are caused by overdoseage of steroids...so betr to mix it in oil...and quantity can b half and half or 3 portion oil and one portion betaderm lotion depending upon severity of ur disease...

and sir till now i had applied betaderm directly on my hairs .. has it caused side effect my effecting hair growth ??
