I'm writing to seek your advice for a persistent fungal infection (ringworm) under my arm. I've been experiencing this issue for a long time, and despite trying various medications and creams, it hasn't cleared up.
Symptoms: - Persistent itching and redness under the arm - Circular patches with a clear center - Skin is irritated and sometimes painful
I've tried Terbinafin, icnaconzole antifungal creams, Coletremazole, terbinafin,Clobevet. Could you please suggest a suitable treatment plan?

If u have already taken oral/topical anti fungal treatment and it is not cleared then It may mean one of the following: 1- the skin lesions should be re evaluated to confirm the diagnosis. 2- the treatment dose and duration was not sufficient. 3- some family member or partner has same skin lesions that have not been treated.
