Talk to Dermatologist on Severe Acne (black Heads, White Heads , Pus Acne , Nodules, And (maybe Cyst)

I have acne(black heads , white heads, nodules , inflammation , pus acne and maybe cast, )since I was 10 , I hit puberty at 11, and now I'm 17, I've been to many doctors they all doesn't consider this serious and they prescribe antibiotics (azithromycin , doxycycline) it goes for 2 months then comes back again n again, I've the acne on my whole face and on the back and shoulders, I'm also depressed due to this as I don't feel confident with this, I want permanent solution for this acne which is isotretinoin, is there any Dr who can prescribe me isotretinoin (retinoids), IF THERE IS ANY DR WHO CAN PRESCRIBE ME ISOTRETINOIN THEN PLEASE REPLY.
