this is my cbc profile over the time. I always had the issue of hb. but recently I did my diet better and had seeds, dates, etc. I'm also taking fefolvit tablet for 5 months. like you can see in December 2025, my hb got better and it is 10.8.....and idk severe hairfall started after that period. before that, I had hairfall but it wasn't this much. and it's more than a month now, my volume has become too low. some ppl are saying it's telogen effluvium, and it will shed my hair for 3 months like for the correction, then hairfall will stop. can you please tell if it's true? or I should get some other tests or vitamins etc.? what should I do now? pls tell as I can't see my hair falling all the time everywhere ??
