I first noticed hair fall in 2019, but since my hair was very dense at the time, the change was not significant. However, over the past two months, the hair fall has become severe. Now my hair sheds continuously, even on touch, and scalp visibility has increased due to reduced density. I consulted a dermatologist in Haripur, but the prescribed treatment did not help. Currently, I am using minoxidil at night, but after washing my hair in the morning, excessive shedding continues. I have attached the dermatologist’s prescriptions for reference.

In your case it could be androgenetic alopecia .
