he's suffering from a case of severe genital warts. unfortunately due to a conservative family, he couldn't consult any proper doctors earlier and now the warts have increased in size and capacity. can anyone recommend a good and economical dermatologist please asap!

Following is required in your case
1. Cryotherapy (Freezing with Liquid Nitrogen) is required for destroying warts. This treatment is usually done at weekly interval. This treatment is available at my hospital Main Aga Khan Hospital. But cost may be an issue for you. Alternatively you may consult at ISD Sadar Karachi (Chamra Hospital).
2. Some tests are also required (VDRL, HIV Screening)
