Assalam o alaikum! mere face pe bachpan se pimples acne ka issue ta bhot scars b ban gaye hai it's been 7 years becuase mera stomach us time kharab ho gaya uski waja se face b pimples aur acne ho gaya ta. abi tak stomach issue ha pimples kabi kabi nikalty ha but acne scar hai abi tak now the problem is mere face pe freckles nikalna shuru ho gaya ha brown light dots ha face pe kafi jaga inke kia reason hai ???? aur koi ilaaaj hai laser k ilawa ??? body ma koi changes hota hai tab hota hai ye ya koi aur reason ?? i am very worried about that abi tak scars ka masla solve nhe hua ha ye freckles ana shuru ho gaye ha. koi cheez stop kar sakti hai mazeed freckles hone se ya jitne aye hai face pe unko khatam kar sakte ha kisi medicine waghera se ?? someone recommended me Safi serup for (clear blood)
