Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy Repeated

I was diagnosed by scabies in 2022. it took more than 6 months to completely heal. i got skin allergy while now i got a type of skin allergy again which is on atms and lower legs. Wounds are formed due to itching. it was started before may 2024 and i still had large wounds. I was using polyfax and it lowers the itchiness and size of wounds is much reduced. I am concerned that i will get this allergy again because 2022 and 2024 allergy has almost same areas. Will i get it again? how to treat it?
