wash face with facewash twice only ,use salicylic acid rich face wash.
face wash -toner-moisturiser
use gel based light moisturiser for acne prone skin with low fat content

oil free moisturiser..you can search for it labelling them as "non comedogenic"

If your face skin is oily and acne prone, you must frequently wash your face with mild soaps or mild face washes several times a day or whenever you feel your face has become oiler. If your face is oily why do you want to apply moisturizer? Who told you to use exfoliator once a week? You may use that if you have black/white heads. There is very small differences been moisturizer, lotions and creams. It is ratio of water and oil that makes them different.
