You have developed CD. Just stop all the previous remides, just do complete sun and heat protection by using 100 SPF sunblock like sunclin from dawn till dusk. Wash your face only with plain water and apply plenty of moisturiser like white soft paraffin and apply very small amount if advantan ointment at morning and night times for 10 days. Emollient and sun protection should be continued and never retry these culprits in your life again! You have sensitive skin, also avoid facial bleech, sunpolish etc.
