Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Cystic Acne

Aoa. I have cystic acne from 2 years. Also I was diagnosed with pcod. Initially, It was not that bad. But someone suggested me Synalar cream which is steroidal. It had vanished acne in just one use. I got so relieved. And started using it frequently. Now It just lessens acne but not curing it. If I dont use it, acne becomes so much severe. I have realized using steroidal cream was complete mess and I am not going to use it anymore. I have attached picture. Suggest me treatment plz.
