it would be better if you visit your trusted dermatologist and show them the affected part so they can advise medicine accordingly.
usually in genital area its a fungal infection and not just dryness.
so better if you get it examined.

i dont really know what's wrong.. so cant suggest anything. if its itchy u can take tab telfast 180mg morning and night.
which city are you located in... may be i could advise you to visit another dermatologist in the meanwhile.

visit dr haroon nabi in lahore. his ckinic is at gulberg opposite habitt store.

You may use moisturizing lotion like physiogel daily for temporary relief.
But do see a dermatologist in clinic also. Thanks.
