Hi, spots most probably are bcoz of skin dryness. Use ungentum soap and moisturiser cream or any white dove soap plus any good moisturiser. Use medicated sunblock in morning 15mins before going into sun. Must b spf 50+ . Also apply 1% hydrocortisone twice daily for a week to 2 weeks
