Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Issue

Dear Marham,

I've been facing itchy painful skin issue near ankles, foot, toe since last couple of months. I went to nearby doctor for the checkup and he suggested me to have Baydal tablet for at least 2 weeks every night and to apply nerisone ointment daily 2 times. It's been almost 2 weeks but I don't see any improvement infact before I was only facing itching in the affected area but now I am having severe pain in those areas. please help me or suggest me the best Dermatologist in Karachi.
