Moisturize often: Apply moisturizer to your skin at least twice a day, especially after bathing, while the skin is still damp.
Bathe gently: Take daily, short, lukewarm baths or showers with a gentle, non-soap cleanser. Some people find colloidal oatmeal baths helpful.
Avoid triggers: Stay away from things that make your eczema worse, such as harsh soaps, certain fabrics, and anything that makes you hot.
Don't scratch: Avoid scratching the affected area, as it can worsen the condition. Try gently rubbing the area instead. Keep nails short and consider wearing gloves at night to prevent scratching.
Use a humidifier: A humidifier can help prevent skin from becoming too dry in your environment.
Kindly Consult me Online for future details and treatment plan.
Thanks.
