Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Issues

Assalm o Alaikum . Mja kafi time sa around one year sa Mari calf pa aik dry patch thaa jiskay lye I used hivate ointment but mja koi result nai Mila . Iskay baad i never use any ointment on it.

Lakin phir Ramzan ma mja feet n ankle k pas itching hui thii i thought it's allergy lakin yai b kuch asa e dry patch baan rahay hain Same yai knee and under knee b ha.

Iskay elawa mja toe nail fungual infection b horaha ha. Last year yai nail khud remove hogaya thaa and new nail aagay thaa lakin kuch month baad again infection hogaya and ub yai same condition pa aagaya ha k nail khud remove hojaey. Kindly guide what it is and there is any connection between fungual infection and dry patch ?

And plz recommend any ointment for it.
