Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Marks

Aoa everyone. Please advise what this issue is. Skin gets hard, i apply Vaseline almost daily but no use. Kindly advise some external cream or stuff.

Mark on ankle is due to namaz posture, but i need to get rid of this. Already changed my posture but mark is still there.
