Doctor! there is a problem with my skin is that; 1. it's too dry 2. this problem happens whole year except two to three month of summer 3. when I take bath,after that my skin took that shape with pain as someone Prick the needles 4. my skin always make me shameful in front of my friends and relatives 5. dryness isn't in my chest I can't pay fee so please give me a solution.
