4 years ago today I started having pimples on my forehead which gradually spread all over my mouth and now this year especially in these summers the pimples are very itchy and painful which is aggravated by sweating and very painful. There is a lot of stinging and itching. My face is oily. I have not used any medicine for this till date. What treatment should I take for this?
