Assalamualaikum Honour able Dr: In the past winters, I used to have itching on my body. When I had itching, I contacted a homeopathic doctor. After contacting them, they gave me a cream to apply, and it contained some chemical. I mixed it in and used it; whenever I used it, I got relief. If I didn’t use it, I would have itching again on my body. And now, in the summers, that itching does not occur. But now, in one place on my body, that itching occurs, and when I scratch it, it forms bumps there.

I have had this issue since the previous winter season, and I was only using Betaderm before, and even now I use it only if needed, meaning when the itching becomes severe. Kindly suggest a treatment for this as soon as possible because I have to undergo my medical examination soon.
