Skin Problem( Chicken Skin Under Eyes)

Question

I have small bumps (not milia) under my eyes from 3 4 year. I research on it and it is called chicken skin. With passage of time they are spreading more now they r above eyes too. I want to know if they can be treated by creams or i go for laser treatment. Please suggest dermatologist in lahore for treatment.
