First of all I am impressed they way you have given your few patient have this insight that doctors are mot magician or slim jadoogar they need information to analyse the problem and symptom so its always important to give as much information about your medical history medications potential risk factors coming to your skin session looks likely planter is usually innocent condition .As pointed above it can be treated either application of salicylic acid gel ( though it will takes months) or cryotherapy which is burning this area with liquid nitrogen or lastly it can be removed by minor surgery.
but it doesn't look cancerous
