I have rashes on my legs arms and sometimes on back of shoulders after taking the bath. It stays for 15 minutes and then goes happens whenever I take bath or my legs and arms touch water. I am taking Levocetirizine daily from 7-8 I stop taking it or take it after few days gap the rashes start every where on my body.

U probably having aquagenic urticaria which could be of different severity in different individuals. The first line treatment for it is non Sedating antihistamines. Reduce the number of times u take bath. U can talk to tour dermatologist about using biologics such as omalizumab.
